I went with the nasal pillows for the CPAP. The package said that the lettering on the nasal pillows are raised so that you can determine front from back in the dark. The letters are absolutely not raised. Other than trial and error, I have not found a way to determine frontwards from backwards in the dark, and it’s a bit noisy when I get it wrong. I actually went to sleep with them on backwards one night and got a nastygram from the machine in the AM due to the excessive leakage.
Does anyone out there have any tips for determining front from back in the dark?
In case anyone is curious, I am using the ResMed Airfit P10 pillows.
