I recently completed an at home sleep study (AHI 49; RDI 51; O2 nadir 79%) and have ordered my Airsense 10 and full face mask. I’ve “known” I had snoring and maybe apnea issues for years, but it recently dawned on me (and my wife has pointed out recently) how obviously chronically tired I am even when I get a full 8 hours regularly. Bags under my eyes. Low energy. Need naps. Memory feels shot etc. This has been slowly and surely getting worse for years. Any words of wisdom for a beginner? Am I going to feel like I have super powers after using this for a bit, or is it going to be a process?
