I just received a call back from my Dr and my 2 day sleep test showed no apnea events! I was floored when she said I could get rid of my CPAP. As for the change, this year I’m down 60 pounds due to IF, not cheating at night and exercising. I’ve been able to come off of my cholesterol meds and reduce others, but losing the CPAP is the biggest win. For the record, male, topped at at almost 260 but now around 198. Still overweight according to BMI but that’s BS anyway.

Sorry, had to brag a little :-). also, a few months ago someone posted something similar and it gave me hope. My hope is that this will motivate someone else
