so sometimes during the day i am very tired, but as soon as i lay down, shut my eyes and concentrate on sleeping and my breathing (i have some anxiety but controlling my breathing is what calms me down), I begin to feel alert 5 minutes later and suddenly I don’t have a headache and don’t feel tired nor sleepy anymore. This usually happens during the evening. I don’t why though and was hoping someone can elaborate.
