I’m confused about what any of my data means or how to make my sleeping better. Here is my chart. CPAPtalk forum isn’t being very helpful currently.

I still feel awful waking up and my symptoms are still present. Also, having some hormone issues I think (premenstrual) so I don’t know if that’s making my sleep worse. I see that there are more centrals than I even had during my sleep study.
