I recently did an at-home sleep study with a (disposable) WatchPAT ONE device, which Kaiser Hawaii mailed to my home. It took about a week and a half for my doctor to contact me with a diagnosis; I am still waiting to get the actual report. The device itself was fairly easy to use, and the app worked just fine on an iPhone 6. Unfortunately, the app does not show you any of your sleep metrics—you must get those from your doctor if your device was supplied by them.
For anyone who is curious about cost, the EOB said the charge was around $390, and my out-of-pocket cost was $71.
