Im really tired right now so forgive me if I ramble. I don’t know that i have sleep apnea but I DID have it when i was 80lbs heavier than I am now because i would wake at night having stopped breathing gasping for air.
I had been doing some Googling yesterday and found some med articles that stated there is a strong correlation for bad posture and sleep apnea.
I used to have very good posture but it’s gone to shit over the years and I wonder if that could be part of the reason I’m tired all the time despite numerous attempts at healthy diet and exercise. Also blood/urine tests.
Anyways, im embarking on an excercise routine thats focuses on deadlifts. This excercise basically strengthens all the muscles that contribute to good posture. Everything on the backside of the body.
