I have never really understood how the CPAP works. I once tried one and I found that my breath didn’t sync with the air blowing in and out. It felt like the air blowing in lasted longer than my actual breath so that when I breathed out I actually had air blowing in during when I was breathing out. I tried to sync my breath to it and it just felt like the length of the breath the CPAP was trying to create was not a length I was capable of. I’m wondering how it works for most people, because I would imagine this is a common problem. Can someone please explain to me? Thanks.
