I’ve been using local CPAP suppliers for ten years. I have not tried online retailers because I keep thinking that I somehow get better customer service from a store front because I can meet with them and demo masks and they’ll answer questions personally.

This has not been the case and I’m continually let down by customer service locally.

I’m in the USA, what experiences have you had with online CPAP suppliers? Good customer service? Can you demo equipment? Are they well informed?
