34M and through three months of CPAP therapy (was treated mild OSA w Severe REM AHI, probably since I was 19).
I have read about some people becoming a new/different person going through CPAP therapy, and I am definitely feeling that.
Not being on edge or pissed all the time cause I’m tired, and…starting to feel some space/time to be a person?
Does anyone have advice on reconnecting, or developing yourself, emotionally?
If you’re familiar with The Birdcage, really feels like Hank Azaria’s “Good evening! We meet again….or for the first time?”
Mentally, months into CPAP are odd times. Any and all thoughts are welcome!
