I’ve just woken up short of breath and struggling to breath. This happens nearly every night and it’s driving me insane. I nearly feel refreshed in the morning and my days are hell because I’m just so tired. I can’t function properly.
I am not massively overweight but I aren’t slim. I run 3 times a week but I’m still having these nightly episodes. I’ve just booked in for another talk with my GP, who previously referred me to a sleep specialist (this was just before covid hit and nothing materialised).
Does this sound like sleep apnea to you folks? If it is, I need help. I’m having dreams (or not) of getting a CPAP machine and waking up refreshed and energised.
