I just completed an at home sleep study. It came back negative for sleep apnea. But the doctor said given my symptoms (excessive daytime tiredness, snoring, occasional morning headaches, some brain fog) he suspected I might have UARS & recommended an inlab sleep study. The only thing making me hesitate is the cost, $2000. It won’t break my bank but it’ll hurt. I’m worried about paying the $2000 & having it come back negative. Is it worth it to know definitively? Has anyone been in this situation & have advice?
