I was recently diagnosed with OSA and starting to put two and two together; in regards to alcohol consumption influencing the severity of the apnea and the fatigue influencing my consumption. I’m not drinking heavily but have randomly found myself getting pretty intoxicated from a small amount of Alcohol. It’s very inconsistent. My study showed no sign of me reaching a slow wave state. I’m thinking I might need to only drink on special occasions to avoid severe apnea nights. What are your experiences with this topic?
