Hey so it looks like my sleep apnea is on the way out…

I started with about 15 event per hour, but now I’m down to a consistent nightly low of 0.0 and a high of 0.5, with no increase in air pressure, even while *gaining* 40 pounds in the 2 years since starting the therapy…

At what point do I have a second sleep study to see if my apnea is gone? Once I lose the weight I gained? Do I need a consistent 0.0 every night for weeks?
