I’m under investigation by the Hospital for sleep apnea, and got a question. been having issues sleeping for about 1 year.
what little sleep I get during the night doesn’t seem to do anything to refresh me at all, and when I wake up in the morning I feel like I’ve not even slept, due to this, I fall asleep at work about twice a day.
when I’m off work and feel tried, I just go to sleep for a couple of hours (this has its own problems for later that night).
Does anyone know why this sleep for a couple of hours (not really interrupted sleep) when I’m off work seems to be a lot better for me and (seems to) refreshes a lot more than my sleep during the night?
