Hi y’all so for the last year I’ve been constantly in a brain fog like feeling off balance (dizzy) can’t focus and feeling just off. That lead to a panic attack and getting diagnosed with anxiety. While the anxiety is under control I still have this unfocused feeling. Even before this I’ve always had low energy and constantly yawning. Someone mentioned to me that the anxiety and brain fog could be from sleep apnea.

Anyone have any experience with this? And would treatment help?
