Hard to know whether to post this here or to r/depression since these cruel diagnoses seem to be linked.
Some days, I wake up after a solid 8.5 hour sleep, and after thirty minutes of waking, feel like I got hit by a ton of bricks. I feel like the only solace is laying down and closing my eyes. I’m not depressed or tired for any obvious reason, it’s just like a physiological thing. It’s like, I shouldn’t be exhausted this soon after starting my day, but I am, which makes no sense, especially after a solid sleep with cpap.
It’s just annoying, because I have shit to do lol.
