I usually get to bed at around 9:30pm and fall asleep around 10pm. Everyday I’m waking up at around 4am and cant get back to sleep. I feel wide awake when I wake up at that time. I stay laying in bed for a while but my mind is not wanting to sleep anymore, and I get a little frustrated. I’d like to sleep 7-8. What can I do to try to sleep longer?
info: I have a cpap machine with pressure of 5 to 15 which seems to work well for me. I sleep on a memory foam mattress on my back with 2 pillows to elevate my torso and head and one pillow under my legs to elevate my knees. I’m pretty comfortable this way but I dont mind trying other sleep positions.
