I (M30) have suffered for years (10+) of being tired all the time. I finally got tested and was diagnosed with Mild OSA, as I expected. I just never made the effort to get tested but as I am getting older, I am tired of being tired all the time.
Anyway, The past few nights, I have been sleeping on my back and when I wake up, I feel SO REFRESHED. I know that it’s the worst position to sleep in when you have sleep apnea, but man I am telling you, I feel like a different person when I wake up.
Has anyone else experienced this? Could my OSA be because I am sleeping on my side? Is this just a fluke? Am I crazy?
