I posted not too long ago about how I hated my mask and received a lot of replies about that so thank you to everyone who replied! Currently, I’ve gotten used to my mask and have been sleeping with my cpap every night for several weeks. I still feel awful. I’m so tired all the time. I average between 1-3 ahi per hour. I use mouth tape since I have a nasal mask and I’m pretty sure I breathe through my mouth. Why don’t I feel better yet? Does it just take time or do I need to see my doctor again?
