So I’ve had my CPAP machine since January. I’ve gotten used to falling asleep with it on but I’m still having issues keeping it on overnight. I’m not sure if I’m somehow removing it in my sleep or if I wake up, remove it and nod off again. On average I’m keeping it on for maybe 2 hours a night and I’m down to 0.5 events per hour from 30 according to my app, but I feel like I could be doing better. Anyone have any tips on keeping this thing attached to my face so I can get some good quality nap time?
