ive had some good sleep lately! I am awaiting a sleep medicine appointment in march but well thats a long ways off lol. I tried a few things to keep me alive until then and the main thing that has helped me is sleeping on an incline. I actually remember having dreams and slept for a good 6-7 hours every night! I was able to fall back asleep much of the time and felt a little drowsy instead of having a bunch of anxiety after waking up too! last night i felt like i was falling asleep in my chair and went right to bed. I haven’t felt that way in a long time so I believe i’m on the right path here 🙂
