Hi, I have snored all my life and was diagnosed with sleep apnea. I couldn’t tolerate the CPAP so I have tried the Thornton Adjustable Positioner. At first it went great, my snore lab score went down to under 5 so I was thrilled. This lasted a month or two.

However since summer my snore score on snore lab has been going up and up even with the use of the TAP, now its back in the 80s. Has anyone had this experience? The dentist that prescribed it says as long as I feel refreshed in the morning it is fine (and to have another sleep study to make sure at some point) but am so bummed as I have always hated my snoring problem. Any suggestions?
