Things are better – much better – AHI is always under 2 (I live at a very high altitude, it’s better when I’m on vacation at sea level). My issue is that I still can’t seem to get past the middle of the night insomnia stuff. I was really hoping the “up at 3am” stuff would stop with continuous CPAP use. I’m trying to do CBT-i on myself, and I’m hoping that maybe that will help.
Has anyone successfully dealt with this? Any suggestions?
