I’m a 16/M, I have an appointment in April to schedule a sleep study, but I’ve always had fears of them. When I had one back in 2015, I ended up panicking and crying. I don’t know whether it’s the fact you’re being watched or the fact that you’re basically being pressured to sleep in an unfamiliar environment. However, I know sleep studies are important for health. Does anyone have any tips to overcome this fear?
