Does anyone else get extremely tired each day before lunch then the food energizes you for a couple of hours… then you feel like crap again until you eat dinner and then you’re energetic until 1030-11pm?
I don’t know what is wrong with me. I take a nap almost every day.
I can’t get cpap to work because I keep waking up gasping for air. So, I’m waiting on a new mask.
Will I ever feel any better?
I’m afraid that there is a lot more wrong with me instead of Sleep Apnea.
What do yall think? Have you experienced this before?
