Before i got sleep apnea, i was in the greatest shape of my life. Went to the gym 4 to 6 times a week for years. After i got sleep apnea, i couldnt keep up with it anymore. I’d go and struggle to do any routine. Body just didn’t have the energy.

Wonder if anyone else had this happen and how they got back into it?
