I’ve been using cpap for about 8 yrs now. And I’ve used it pretty much every day.
Now when I go without it, I wake up with headaches.
I wanted to get some understanding on exactly HOW my body gets osa when I’m sleeping on my chest.
Even if I’m sitting up right and fall asleep, I wake up multiple times and experience apnea.
Isn’t sleep apnea supposed be if you’re being obstructed? If I’m vertical or on my chest, gravity would pull everything down..
So then why does apnea still happen, or how?
