Hey everyone,

I’ve had my CPAP for 2 months now and things have been going well for the most part. I had the whole feeling-like-a-superhuman thing the first night and it’s mostly gone well since. I was waking up a bit tired recently but realized it was because I was wearing my mask was a bit loose, so I tightened it and have been sleeping better. I find my mask (ResMed N30) comfortable and took to it quickly.

However I find I fully wake up maybe 4 or 5 times a night to roll over or sometimes go to the washroom. Is this normal? I feel like at the beginning of treatment I usually slept straight through the night with not much movement. Perhaps it’s the warmer weather making me uncomfortable. I just want to know, for those of you who are finding treatment effective, how often do you consciously wake up? My MyAir report says I have at most 0.1 AHI per night, usually 0, so I don’t think it’s apneas waking me up. I’ve been feeling pretty rested and focused overall, I just want to stop waking up so much!
