Having trouble figuring out the cause of my insomnia the past month, although I believe it’s because of my anxiety. I do have a deviated septum, but I never wake up in the middle of the night struggling to breathe or anything like that. I do wake up many times and struggle to go back to bed, and think this is just sleep anxiety.

I know this is what a sleep study is for, but just wondering if breathing issues need to be occurring for sleep apnea to be considered?
