So about two years ago I was diagnosed with severe sleep apnea and began sleeping with a CPAP machine, wearing a mask that covered my nose. For a little while I noticed my energy levels increased but now I’m waking up substantially more tired than I was when I went to sleep. I have the accompanying app that monitors my CPAP machine and my oxygen levels and everything appears good but I am just totally tired when I wake up. I’m currently unemployed thanks to COVID and sleeping sometimes for 12 hours a night, pathetic I know, but I really feel like my machine should be helping more than it is with my energy levels. Am I wrong?
