I [M21] have been waking up more consistently lately with heart pain and difficulty breathing. It’s more common when I’m on my back. It isn’t every night, but it has been more common lately.
My Body fat is around 20% so I’m not totally over weight. I’ve woken up like this before and it’s usually after nightmares or stress dreams. With college and the uncertainty of Covid I’ve definitely been more stressed lately, and haven’t been as active as my body is used to. I don’t have the money for a sleep study.
Is this just stress related and will go away on its own, or is this a serious thing that warrants some medical debt.
